Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and manage tax reporting processes
- Lead and develop the accounting team through mentorship and performance management
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Drive process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA or Brevet A/B/C certification
- 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven leadership experience with team development track record
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
