Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL management, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement tax strategies ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and operational excellence
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
- Optimize financial processes through automation and system improvements
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee accounts payable/receivable functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting/tax management with multinational companies
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
