PT Anugerah Mapan Jaya is seeking a skilled Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our financial operations in Surabaya. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our financial reporting and revenue budgeting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns (PPh and PPN) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Develop and execute the company's annual revenue budgeting strategy.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with local financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Perform regular financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise the finance team and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (e.g., UU HPP, UU KUP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., AKAP, AKABA) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
