Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial strategies and tax planning initiatives to ensure legal compliance and tax efficiency.
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the finance department to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and deadlines.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and financial transparency.
- Monitor cash flow, budgetary controls, and financial forecasting to provide strategic guidance to management.
- Stay updated with changes in local tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK) to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and tax management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations and lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
