Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Oversee tax audit preparation and act as the primary liaison with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and internal financial controls.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of financial software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict statutory deadlines.
