Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process, including PPh 21, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic financial audits.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all accounting entries are processed in accordance with PSAK and internal policies.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations to ensure full corporate compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Excellent command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
