Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23) while optimizing tax liabilities
- Generate financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Support mining/mineral trading operations with cost analysis and financial forecasting
- Coordinate internal/external audits and maintain financial documentation systems
- Develop financial controls for shipping logistics and supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/taxation with mining/trading industry exposure
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik) highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage financial audits and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data interpretation
