Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect the organization
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and tax management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A, Brevet B, or CPA) is a plus
