As our Accounting & Tax Senior, you will gain exposure to the financial nuances of the construction industry, managing everything from project costing to corporate tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to track project costs and ensure accurate budget management for construction contracts.
- Manage the reconciliation of bank statements, inventory, and asset registers.
- Prepare and review tax documentation (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and assist during tax audits when required.
- Provide analytical reports to management to support strategic decision-making and cash flow optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or tax roles, preferably in the construction or interior design sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
