Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for management decision support
- Supervise junior accounting staff and mentor professional development
- Implement internal controls to maintain financial data integrity
- Coordinate external audits and tax inspections
- Stay current with evolving tax laws and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting/taxation experience
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
