Nitori Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Accounting & Tax Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring timely tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Assist in the internal audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Prepare budgets and perform variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper approval workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably within the retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (UU HPP, PPh Pasal 21, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
