Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings (PPh, PPN, PBB) while maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Develop financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Coordinate with auditors during financial statement audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
- Professional certification (BKP, Ak, or CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
