Bambu Delapan Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial integrity and tax compliance of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring that all tax obligations are met in accordance with local laws. We are looking for a professional who is proactive, deadline-driven, and possesses excellent analytical skills to support our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Handle all tax matters, including calculation, reporting, and payment of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Ensure compliance with e-Faktur and e-Bupot systems to maintain accurate tax records.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits and tax inspections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indonesian tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments in company procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Tax Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
