We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at PT Sarana Konstruksi Nusantara. As a key player in our construction division, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing tax strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Monitor project budgets and costs for construction projects, providing financial analysis and variance reports
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve cost control measures
- Stay updated on evolving tax laws and accounting standards to ensure organizational compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Professional certification (CPA, Brevet A/B) preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and construction industry accounting practices
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in financial reporting
- Proven experience in tax planning and compliance for construction projects
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
