Are you a detail-oriented Accounting & Tax professional looking to make an impact in the dynamic F&B industry? PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the end-to-end accounting and tax reporting processes. In this pivotal role, you will ensure financial accuracy, tax compliance, and strategic reporting that drives our business forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (PPh 21/23) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Oversee tax audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth assessment processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for management review.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax documents to tax authorities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for cost control and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Tax Advisor certification is a plus.
