Tanggung Jawab
- Assist CFO in managing all accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Conduct monthly/annual financial closings and reporting
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis for strategic planning
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and update accounting procedures accordingly
- Ensure internal controls align with financial best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Indonesian accounting and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax laws
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Consultant (Brevet) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
