Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (PPh, PPN, BPHTB) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies while maintaining compliance with tax laws
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage vendor relationships and process vendor payments efficiently
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- S1 or D3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional accounting experience
- Preferable certification in Brevet A & B (Accounting & Tax)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
