Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and journal entries
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare timely tax returns
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
- Support internal and external audits with documentation
- Monitor financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Stay updated on accounting standards and tax law changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting/tax functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive mindset with continuous learning attitude
