Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (PPh, PPN, income tax) while maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement to employees
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile bank statements to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational planning
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, income tax)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A) is preferred
