Accounting & Tax Staff

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and honest Accounting & Tax Staff to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bear full responsibility for the company's daily accounting cycle, ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly and accurately. We are looking for a competent professional who is passionate about maintaining financial integrity and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete daily accounting cycle, including recording transactions and preparing journal entries.
• Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Perform regular checks and audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or taxation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and honesty.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
