Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and perform accurate journal entries.
- Execute regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records match bank statements.
- Prepare and review monthly tax calculations including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts payable and receivable documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and updated accounting standards.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
