Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax (PPh).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Assist external and internal auditors with the provision of requested documentation and information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax functions is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PP 23/2018, PPh 21/25) and PSAK standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
