CV. Oscar Jaya Aluminium is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounting & Tax Staff to join our growing team in the Yogyakarta region. We are an established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector, and we are looking for a professional who can handle our daily financial operations, tax compliance, and reporting with high accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data, preparing tax reports, and supporting management with timely financial insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle tax administration, including calculation, preparation, and timely reporting of PPh 21, 23, and PPN.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding operational expenses and budget tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience in accounting or tax roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Willing to be placed and work on-site in the Sleman/Bantul area.
