Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with standard accounting principles.
- Manage the end-to-end tax lifecycle, including calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, and PPN.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify operational gaps and improve financial controls.
- Monitor and oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of customer balances.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate financial insights.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and support for internal and external audit requirements.
- Support year-end closing processes and tax reconciliation procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an accounting or tax-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
