Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of the monthly closing process.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns (PPh Badan, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage general ledger functions, including bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to management.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify financial risks and improve internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits.
- Implement and improve accounting systems and software for better efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, PPh Badan, PPN) is mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
