Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger accounts
- Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage corporate tax compliance including monthly/annual tax filings (PPh, PPN)
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure adherence to financial policies
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, income tax)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional certification (AK, BKP) preferred
