Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Manage tax compliance activities including monthly/quarterly tax filings, VAT returns, and annual tax assessments
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections while maintaining compliance with BPK and tax authorities
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or BPK equivalent) strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PBB) and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in supervising accounting teams and managing complex tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in process improvement and team development
