Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting and tax team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee preparation of corporate tax returns and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes for consulting projects
- Mentor team members through skill development programs and performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax supervision
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
