Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead tax compliance activities including monthly/quarterly VAT filings and annual tax returns
- Manage financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy and timely submission to stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training programs and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct periodic audits to identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years' experience
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and local taxes)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for financial documentation
