Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (PPh, PPN, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Oversee end-to-end tax reporting process including calculation, documentation, and filing
- Implement tax planning strategies to optimize company's tax position
- Conduct tax research to address regulatory changes and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal auditors and external tax authorities during audits
- Develop and maintain tax accounting systems and internal controls
- Prepare monthly taxation schedules and supporting documentation
- Advise management on tax implications of business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax accounting with 2+ years in hospitality sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, VAT)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Experience with tax audits and compliance documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
