Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
- Manage full-cycle tax compliance, including corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding financial performance and tax optimization strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct thorough internal audits to maintain high standards of financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and performance excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and government tax authorities during inquiries or examinations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably within a consulting firm or multinational corporation.
- Professional proficiency in either Mandarin or English (both written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current Indonesian tax laws.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
