Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Mentor and coach junior staff to foster professional growth and technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
