Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee preparation and submission of accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and operational efficiency
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing activities and audit preparations
- Ensure strict adherence to AU/NZ accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- CPA license (Certified Public Accountant) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in AU/NZ accounting standards and practices
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine SEC regulations
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a AU/NZ shift schedule
