Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end month-end/year-end closing processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental KPIs
- Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) implementation and optimization
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory reports
- Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Collaborate with IT to integrate financial data with enterprise systems
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Drive process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MIS applications
- Expert knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in process improvement and system optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in multinational or BPO finance environment preferred
