Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and organize digital financial records, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and provide status updates.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices and company financial policies.
- Assist in processing payroll and monitoring daily cash flow activities.
- Generate recurring financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or virtual assistance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work from our Malolos office location.
