Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
- Process invoices, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Assist with tax filing and compliance requirements.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or admin role.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
