Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
  • Process invoices, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Assist with tax filing and compliance requirements.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data entry.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or admin role.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
