Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices for timely payments
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support audits by providing documentation and financial records
- Coordinate with dental departments for budget tracking and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
