Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
  • Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and Singapore accounting standards.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support audit and financial review preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or office administration preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
