Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, track payments, and maintain financial records
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
- Coordinate order processing and inventory documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in accounts/administration preferred
