LS LOGISTICS AND MARKETING SDN BHD is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our financial and administrative functions, ensuring that our daily operations run with precision and efficiency.

As our Accounts & Admin Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting, tax compliance, and office management. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can optimize workflows, mentor junior staff, and provide accurate financial insights to support our business growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of financial accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative and accounts team to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor cash flow, handle banking reconciliations, and manage petty cash and corporate expenses.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
  • Streamline office operations and administrative workflows to enhance productivity across the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and office administration, preferably in the logistics or marketing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based ERPs) and MS Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST/SST, and statutory reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous for regional operations).
