Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and expense reports
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for department heads
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Streamline administrative workflows using ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in accounts or administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
