Cooee Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic finance team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, managing the end-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. You will ensure that all vendor invoices are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and financial records are meticulously maintained and reconciled.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) including invoicing and collections.
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization before processing payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Prepare, review, and process expense reports, travel claims, and check requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing supporting schedules and reconciliations.
  • Perform general office administration duties, such as managing correspondence, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or general administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
