Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Operate and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate transaction processing
- Handle retail administrative tasks including inventory reconciliation and vendor coordination
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support retail lighting operations through administrative documentation and filing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of AP/AR experience in retail or wholesale sector
- Proficiency in POS systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in retail inventory management preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
