As an Accounts Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and administrative heartbeat of our operations remains steady. You will balance core accounting support with essential office management tasks, providing a backbone for our finance department. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records and general ledger entries.
- Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow statements.
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, document archiving, and data entry.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and payment schedules.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
- Manage office inventory and assist in general administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounts-cum-admin role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Experience in the retail or F&B sector is considered an advantage.
