Tanggung Jawab
- Support finance operations by maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions
- Manage office administration duties including filing, document management, and correspondence
- Ensure smooth coordination between Malaysia office and Singapore headquarters
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Handle general ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative needs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
