Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax compliance
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Implement and improve administrative workflows
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of accounts administration experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian GST and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
