You will be responsible for supporting the finance team with essential day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and adhering to company policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and organize filing systems efficiently.
  • Support the month-end closing process and assist in preparing basic financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle general office administration duties as required by the finance manager.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Singapore work pass or Citizenship/PR status.
