Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize filing systems efficiently.
- Support the month-end closing process and assist in preparing basic financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in general ledger maintenance.
- Handle general office administration duties as required by the finance manager.
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Singapore work pass or Citizenship/PR status.
