Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers using accounting software.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for inquiries and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting schedules and assist in office supply management.
- Support the HR department with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or a Diploma in Accounting/Management is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for data manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero) is a plus.
- Punctual, organized, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
