  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
  • Coordinate office operations and assist with procurement of office supplies
