Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, record maintenance, and document management
- Assist in financial reporting preparation and month-end closing procedures
- Coordinate office inventory, procurement, and vendor communications
- Support HR functions including payroll processing and employee records maintenance
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
